The guy who came to my place to fix hot water leak .. charged me $250 (cash)
He already made $1000 on that day before my visit ..( his pocket is full of cash)
While working he was getting calls and he is fixing appointments for rest of the day and for other days. During this period, he also got a call from his girl friend ( second one ..... according to him and told me that second affair is always a headache )
He is a cuban with little english .... says Canada is HEAVEN. He migrated a year ago and planning to buy a second house.

It is not as easy as you speak. If it were so, all would be doing technician job. Very few get this kind of break. See the car technicians working on your cars. They are not that well to do.
We have had some person's clean our apartments. For not that easy work, We paid like $ 75 for 4 hours of work. The person used her own car to come here and it is not every day that she will get a call.
Donot make it sound easy.

TK ... I didn't sound easy. Do not mistake. I said what I have seen in front of my eyes how a guy is prospering without much academics. One thing I have to tell ... he is really good and did a perfect job. His skill is fetching him the dollars. May not possible for every tech.
The point is ... like I said in another post ... Everyone likes to make right choices. Right or wrong ... only passing of time tells. At beginning of one making a decision, no theory will explain clearly weather that is going to be a right one or wrong .... only fate theory will answer..... or our famous astrologers, babas, pandits .... who advertise regularly in Metro and 24 hours will answer after taking whatever remaining dollars left with you or some one who comes on radio in Canada who tells you when you get a job or promotion after hearing your place and date of birth. ( I heard that guy is a millionaire in USA of course with few cheating cases).

Lot of SECURITY guard jobs are also coming up , due to PAN AM games in Toronto.
When you do a security guard job , remember your security & LIFE is more important than the company property. If some thief or robber comes , run away & call the Cops ..don't try to be a HERO.
The Cops get paid $ 100,000 so let them do their job , you get paid $ 20,000 so they don't pay you enough for risking your life.
If possible take a night job as a security guard , you can actually sleep once in a while & get paid for it..not bad.
