I HAVE DONE 12TH IN 2012 IN GUJARAT,INDIA BY 66% AND SECURED 6.5 BAND IN ITELTS(L-7,R-6.5,S-6,W-5.5). I AM PLANNIG TO GO CANADA. SO WHAT WILL BE BETTER FOR GOOD CARRER.

Better do degree engineering in india . Pass out GATE and do M.Tech or ME and go in education field or in research in india . Or do degree in engineering and work in india for 4-5 years then look for job opportunity in gulf countries .
In canada you will not gain what you want to , even if you gain something then you may loose so many things which you will realize later in your life . Best advice is to stay in india.

It is not clear where you want to settle in long term. If you want to settle/stay in India, not worth looking for Canadian education. If your aim is money and only money, middle east could be your first option to work after getting education in India or Canada. Getting education in Canada is costly so do your homework and find out how much money is required. Again, working in middle east on India passport and Canadian passport is a huge difference.

If you want to settle/stay in Canada, check your capabilities. A college education is easier as well as cheaper as compare to University. After college education, you can also continue to attain your goal of University education after getting PR status (work permit followed by permanent resident) and the University education will be cheaper as compared to international students.

Check you priorities and capabilities to decide the path and goal.
