My Type 2 Diabetes is getting out of control and BP is also no good though i am on medication was wondering if any one is using something else too ?

Can stop Rice and start " Kodri " inplace of rice . " Kodri " you may find in indian store . My father have sugar and He uses it . Also stop eating wheat and rice together . But best one is meditation sure ..

Very recently has started using some ayurvedic meds, and other products, from patanjali -Baba Ramdev, store, and kind of seeing some improvement marginally,

boil curry leaves and a few garlic. Two glasses to be boiled down to one glass. Drink on empty stomach in the morning.
