Can any one suggest what is best to live town house or condo. I prefer something near square one since my child will be using go bus to travel to mcmaster university in hamilton.

If you would like to have a garden/back yard exp then you should opt for a town house.
If I am not wrong maintenance fee has to be paid for both the places.

For rent: Condo, For buying: Townhouse, preferably small semi.

Townhouse can be without maintenance fees as well which is called freehold townhouses.
