Went to Wind / Rogers and Bell ... for the tablet (Coby Kyros MID7035 ) ... they said they are doubtful if the data stick would work for the internet as the data stick needs some drivers which could be OS based and not sure if they have one for Android as of now ...
So the other way around to have internet on this remotely is the wi fi hot spot .
The tables is a nice thing to keep in your car to be used in emergencies at either Starbucks / Tim Hortons or Public Libraries all of which have free hi fi ...

My suggestion.... Don't buy cheap tablet.... We bought a 9'' Flare tablet fro
Walmart for $99.... Which was selling like hot cakes.... But we had to return it.... We have decided to wait till we have a better budget and then buy an ipad for the kids....

Surafce is available for pre-order @ http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msca/en_CA/pdp/productID.257918700.
It is priced at $519 in Canada. looks very impressive but costly.

Much cheaper than an Ipad if you consider that it has a USB port, HDMI out port, MicroSDXC all built in. So for instance, you can buy a 32 gb and then buy a 64 gb card and expand storage significantly. Buy the accessories with an IPAD and you're close to about 800-900 bucks for the same thing.
Plus it comes with MS Office 2013 pre-installed - that alone is a couple of hundred bucks. This is intended to be a productivity machine along with being a toy or a book reader.
BTW, this is the RT version which runs Windows 8 on ARM. The PRO version, to be released in a couple of months will have a Intel Core I5 processor and run full fledged Windows 8 on it (as opposed to the ARM version). So you've basically got the full ecosystem for Windows already built in and an enterprise ready laptop condensed into a tablet form factor, which is pretty amazing.
