Hi Senior Cds
Which area is better to live in following sense
1) ROI( return on investment)
2) Low mortgage rate

Mortgage rates doesn't go by area you have specified in. It depends on how much you can negotiate with your bank.
ROI varies from area to area in the specific city. Eg. Toronto downtown area might increase by 2% where in North York area can only increase by 1%. All depends on the area in the cities you have mentioned.
Any are you planning to buy the property for investment purpose or for primarily living in?
I am looking for the living purpose....I heard from someone bt not sure that property rates in brampton and mississauga are low for the same area if we compare it with markham, richmoond hill and scarborough,
For me its not a problem I can relocate anywhere(can also consider oshawa and whitby) but following are the main considerations like:-
1) Living standard
2) Community or Society
3) ROI
Additional Information:- There are only two members me and my wife what you guys recommend us to start condo/townhouse/detach because my long term target is to sale that house after 3-4 years and get some profit and invest in some other bigger house.
