I THINK MR PASWAN SHOULD STUDY THE STATISTICS AS TO HOW MUCH
THE LOT OF SHEDULED CASTES BENEFITED FROM GOVT RESERVATIONS IN LAST 50 YEARS.HIS OWN STATE BIHAR IS AMPLE TESTIMONY
THAT THE LOT OF SC`S AND NT`S IS WORSENING DAY BY DAY.AND THE FIRST PEOPLE TO BE BLAMED FOR THIS ARE LEADERS LIKE PASWAN
WHO ENSURE THEIR SONS AND DAUGHTERS IN BEST COLLEGES AND JOBS AND SHED CROCODILE TEARS FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.

Reservation is disgusting! Let there be reservation in educational institutations but let people compete in the empoyment market on the basis of their skills and qualification!

Sudhish...persoanlly i am against any kind of affirmative action or reservation.
But it is not hidden to us how some minority group make an issue of how their are being pushed down by the system in education and jobs. In order to counteract such arguement....i think perhaps its ok to have reservation in schools and pre-university courses but certainly not in employment.
Now, as per this thread, they will be implementing it in the PRIVATE SECTOR??...........wat a joke!

Viks, I happened to listen to Paswan and what he said that he would push for higher % reservations in PSU and insist on pushing the same into companies in the Private sector over a certain sales turnover or those which have been privatised very recently. he plans to also dole out incentives to the employers. 
Only God can tell. whats next ...or maybe God can't tell..
