City of Toronto is a big city. How BIG ? The city of Toronto, Canada, covers an area of 630 km2 (243 sq mi) and is bounded by Lake Ontario to the south, Etobicoke Creek and Highway 427 to the west, Steeles Avenue to the north, and the Rouge River to the east. In addition to Etobicoke Creek and the Rouge River, the city is trisected by two minor rivers and their tributaries, the Humber River in the west end and the Don River east of downtown. Both flow southward to Lake Ontario at Humber Bay and Toronto Harbour respectively, which are part of the longer Waterfront.

A library card is the easiest and best way to access a world of information for learning, fun and personal growth.

Yes. A library card is free to everyone who lives, works, goes to school or owns property in Toronto. The library is mostly funded by Toronto municipal taxes.

This library conducts all kinds of programs for the people who live within these boundaries. So, not knowing where you live, it becomes difficult for anyone to help you. So, the next time you post your query please provide us with a general locality where you live. That way people who are trying to find all of your needs and know about it will be able to help you with the exact services provided by
these libraries and at what location. Also you can do the calling to find out and explore their website too. Here is the link to their services that you are looking for...:
