In Gurgaon, all issues like industrial unrest, increasing crimes, road rages are all interlinked and are co-products of instant windfall of mind boggling wealth to a certain section of society. It all started in late 90’s when farm house culture started which fueled the land price in the area. There used to be 2 main sections of society – one the people who own the land and another who work on that land. In older days, the social status of these sections was not so apart. Sometimes the landlords also used to work in the fields with the laborers. With farm house culture and close proximity to Delhi, the land prices shoot up the land owners become super rich. On the other hand, the workers of the land become unemployed and it gave birth to the new criminal class who started working in close association of the new super rich landlords. This unruly class got next boost with the Mall culture. These new international class Malls, blinded the locals and quick money becomes the ultimate goal of their life. All these factors become catalyst to the expending criminal section of the society. The industrial unrest is also related to the ever increasing crimes of the society.

Even if there are Haryanvis on this board, they may not be keen to say anything as they know what they are. Majority of them are fit to take care of sheep and buffalos.
