Maruti may go Nano way, to Gujarat. After the Manesar incident where a GM was killed by the workers, Maruti is thinking to move to Gujarat. This is not the first time that violence has brken out in that plant. Gujju bhais are not like Haryanvis. Modi is keen to get the plant.
What is wrong with Haryanvis? So violent and rough. Nothing against them, but they need to learn how to behave. Workers at the Manesar plant behaved like street dogs infront of Japanese staff. I dont think japanese have seen this type of violence in their country.
Hope Maruti moves to Gujarat soon to avoid further violence in Manesar. Hope Haryanvis learn something good out of this.

An interesting conspiracy theory mentioned by netizen - The riots at Manesar plant are orchestrated by Modi to bring the plant to Gujarat. That explains his trip to Japan at almost same time as this incident.
But truly, the incident at plant is disgusting - no value of human life. Agreed that there might be two sides to it where workers might have gotten frustrated with plant management (Only 7 min. break?), yet this is going too extreme. Hope the perpetrators are fully punished by Indian courts.
But first the entire Khap rulings, now this - which century are Haryanvis living in?

The incident looks preplanned.
I think the 7-1/2 minute breaks are blown out of proportion because many employees elsewhere work in a laid back environment. It is one 30 minute lunch break and two tea breaks of 7-1/2 minutes, totaling 45 minutes. Is it really that bad? I am assuming it is all paid break.
Though in my workplace in Canada (office work), I get 1 hour break in total for an 8 hour shift, 30 minutes is paid by employer and 30 minutes is unpaid break.

Riots of this magnitude are always planned and staged as part of some hidden agenda, it could be Modi or some one having vested interests, eg., recent riots in Middle east region. Just rule out the misconception that it is out of rage.
If not mistaken, there is strong for desire for riots in India (Guwahati is one example). Coward mentality fuels that. Just look back 15-20 years how you felt in India while in school.

Every tragic incident has a beneficiary somewhere, I'm sure there's a conspiracy theory for all of them. And the loonies, who were once on the fringe now find themselves part of the mainstream, boosted by the internet. One of the few downsides of having accessibility to a massive audience instantly without any significant risk/investment.

It was simmering for the past one yr. This one started when a worker slapped his supervisor and got suspended for it. There were 40 police folks standing and watching the incident, including an ACP. Maruti mgt in India is trying to cover up. They lack guts to move out.
Hope MNCs in Gurgaon move out to other states and let the khap panchayat state go to hell.
