Also you will have to see if his wife can work there in USA. In Canada, she might have been getting some 18K with free medical insurance. (based on his previous posts)
Can she work in USA as a dependent or as with TN spouse visa? if not, he will actually be making [110 K - 18K]. So will it be worth it?
The OP has also not shared the medical benefits offered by his USA employer.
Peace

I am a Gents and not a Ladies.
This is true that no matter how much family income is increased ,
the standard of living for man of the house remains same.
Well I think the MANs standard of living also changes .
The more you earn, chances are that you will be given choice to eat outside ( not home made food ) or rather forced to eat outside .
depends on how you look at it ( for better or otherwise ) .
Thanks for all your responses.
My wife is working here part time for minimum wages but I prefer to spend her times with kids instead of working for minimum wages. I was in USA befor 7 years. My wife was on H4 and she was not allowed to work in USA. It will be same situation again.
I believe H1B require for greencard process. TN visa holder can't apply for Greencard. (Not sure if I am wrong here)
Yes, company provides group medical plan + 401k match.
I don't care about free medical here. I am paying OHIP tax more than what I am using yearly. Also, I don't want to be in queue forever for required medical service.
I wonder about uncertainity of job and green card process in USA. I also wonder about house price. If I can't afford 1800 sq. ft home over there with $110K salary, there is no meaning to move there to enjoy the weather only.
Another biggest problem is my parents sponsor file for Canada is in queue. If I'll move to USA, my parents have to stay in India.

Assuming no home ownership and wife not interested to work, 100K GTA vs 120K California.. which is better?

Looking for information about residential area near by 1230 Midas Way, Sunnyvale, CA 94085.
I am okay to drive up to half an hour.
Do you think TN to GC is faster than H1B to GC?
Any major difference between these two processes?
