Indian government also should also reciprocate the same way towards OCI's & PIO's the same way towards their property holdings, inheritance, bank deposits an other claims to holdings. If they have not lived for a minimum of 15 years and paid taxes their holdings in India should be nationalized and given to the poor and downtrodden from the same locality. May be they could be handed over to the malis, ayahs, house servants, car driver and others who worked their behinds off for the family and stayed back in India.
They should also be back taxed from the date of immigration.

You are mixing up two scenarios. In first scenario, an Indian resident has worked hard in India, earned money, paid taxes and created wealth after paying all due taxes and fees to the authorities. That wealth belongs to him.
In second scenario, an immigrant who came to Canada in search of easy money, thinking he can pick dollars from the trees
.........
............
me and right for others.
Do you still think both scenarios are same or similar?

Good comparision.
You are highlighting which senario is better for you. You are not thinking about what is fair / honest and not.
typical desi attitude !

Canadian govt is already pushing back the parent sponsorship category.. going by todays wait times it will take 10 years for anyone to sponsor his or her parents..
Raising the age limit is not the solution for this.. best option would have been to close the loop hole for people who have not contributed from OAS and health care system.
Due to the ageing population By the time most of us retire probably cpp and OAS eligibility dates would get pushed out even more..
The right thing for people to do is to save for retirement through RRSP ..

You must have lived in Canada for at least 10 years after turning 18."

I think you missed something major to extract from that website. For last 20 years one should stay for 10 years and in last 5 years one should stay for 3 years.
This criteria can affect many for the eligibility for OAS

Checkram-04,

This is what shows up as eligibility criteria per Service Canada:
The last statement might be of interest for those who might wish to collect OAS from outside of Canada.
----------------------------------
Eligibility conditions: To qualify for an Old Age Security pension, a person must be 65 years of age or over, and
1.
must be a Canadian citizen or a legal resident of Canada on the day preceding the application's approval; or
2.
if no longer living in Canada, must have been a Canadian citizen or a legal resident of Canada on the day preceding the day he or she stopped living in Canada.
A minimum of 10 years of residence in Canada after reaching age 18 is required to receive a pension in Canada.
A minimum of 20 years of residence in Canada after reaching age 18 is required to receive a pension outside of Canada.
