Any one applied for spouse sponsorship in Jan2012
Hello friends,
I have applied for sponsorship application for my wife in Jan2012. Any one applied at same time? I would like to know if you hear anything from CIC yet.

Com'on Nani .... seems you have applied few days back. Wait for 10 to 12 weeks to hear from CIC.

when u say 10 to 12 weeks does it mean total processing time including visa stamp?

My time line:
Applied for sponsorship: Jan12 2012
Letter received from CIC Misau.??
Document sent to Newdelhi??
Passport request??
Visa stamp??

I applied for sponsorship on December 22nd 2011, I got the first communication from CIC on Feb 13 2012 saying that my sponsorship has been approved.On February 28 2012 my wife received an email asking her to submit passports. I guess you have applied on January 2012. I think you should wait for a week more.
