My friend is a practicing lawyer back home he has got his PR and will be shifting to Canada shortly , he wants to know if he could practice law in Canada with his Indian graduation certificates ( he is LLB from India ) or should he have to study all over again in Canada . I have been getting different information’s in this regard, my best bet is always CANADIAN DESI. AND I KNOW I WILL GET THE BEST INFO FROM YOU ALL .

As for your question, it is a no brainer! He will NOT be able to practice AT ALL on the basis of his law degree from India.

I think your best bet should be to direct your question to Massood, who is a practising lawyer himself, or pick up a desi newspaper and find some lawers' number, call him and ask him.
