Hi friends,
I have some documents from back home which I need to sign, in presence of a Notary, can any one recommend some cheap services in and around NorthYork region?

Many Newcomers Informations Centre like Employment Resource Centres do provide Notary services free of cost. I know couple of places in Mississauga but I don't have any idea about Toronto.
Try to find some Newcomers info centers in your area and call them I am sure they provide these services at free of cost or at very affordable rates.

I have used his servie for some passport damage matter. He charged 40 for preparing letter explaining how passport got dmamged on non judicial stamp paper.
