We are a group of professionals who have already established their career, and amateurs in the industry who are open to new ideas, and want to open a real-estate venture in the near future to generate residual rental income, or growth opportunities in real estate. We have 3-5 serious members who are seriously willing to listen and put in sometime and commitment. If you are interested in investing in real estate, and property based business, and have some experience you want to share or have plans to do so yourself please let us know we would love to discuss more in detail, over the phone, over messages, and even in person at a coffee shop.
Currently we are working on establishing the following:
- A Business Plan
- A Business Network - Potential customers, investors, and service providers
- Investment Promotions
- Technical Knowledge and Professional Knowledge
- Legal Notes
- Accounts and Admin Layout
- Marketing Ideas - 4Ps
We are looking for ideas, and enthusiastic people who are passionate about making some additional income in order to bring forth a new change in their lifestyles, and work hard to achieve their goals.
