The scam was exposed earlier and then Swamiji got onto the bandwagon. So get your facts right before you prostrate before him. He is just another politician who caters to a niche market .... mostly NRI varity !!!!

Now the situation has gone a step futher as now supreme court wants to go back to 2000 issue of licences ...... looks like some NDA guys will get sucked in too.

Yes, who is fighting case against Sonia etc ..... i dont know of any case that is going on in Supreme court against Sonia Gandhi.
