Sorry to see so many - ve comments.......are we just so used to only critisize anything and everything indian ? I luv the movies....rajneeti...band b barat....my name is khan....thats india thats our movies thats what indians like.....thats our gr8 actors and actoresses...common guys.....be happy ....

It's not about the movies, but the very institution called IIFA.
I myself is guilty of loving Dabangg, Golmal, Ready, Ghajani, and other braindead movies from Bollywood. But, hey! Do you really think these movies (or ones made by KJ, YRF) deserve any awards? In my understanding all the negatives comments are about the selection of movies in these Award shows, whether IIFA, Filmfare, Screen, etc. There's no merit criteria.
Loving a movie and awarding it for the 'Best' of categories are two different things.
I do not watch hindi movies but I would not deny anyone this kind of happiness

You like it or not but this is "real" indian cinema ....... Dabang, Golmal, Gajni are examples of Indian cinema or as popularly known as bollywood.
It does not matter what you or i think of as Indian cinema, it is upto the indians to decide what is Indian cinema. As for offbeat cinema, they are but a small part of indian cinema somewhere on the fringes .......

hi there. i have a question to those who has attended the show last night. Was that true Rogers was selling the tickets upto 50% discount and ticket was selling for 49 dollars. Or may be someone was playing a plank on me.
