I have completed online quote and spoke with an agent from Desjardins and they are offering me $ 245pm vis a vis TD's renewal rate of $306pm.

I checked almost all the insurance companies .Got best from RBC, better than TD Meloche Monnex.

Just and update. Intact Insurance almost doubled our auto insurance without any reason. I hv just got $50 for speeding once in 3 yrs. They hv refused to give me home insurance since we r keeping 2 people in 2 rooms in basement.

Try TD .. I got quite competitive rates from them for Home insurance .
