I am selling my house but need little repair before selling, had a bad experience as one guyanese guy came and took little deposit and never showed up , any body has done recently renovations please give me the contact number , will be highly appreciated.

Here is a gem of person who is handyman and excellent in renovation. He quoted me $200 for basement one bedroom and rangehood above stove installation which took him 10-12 hours and he finished in one day. worth every penny.
