Hi,

I'd been using Enbridge / Enersource as my utilities. I got a notification from Direct Energy today that my payments for 2009 and 2010 has to revised.

I am surprised, I never subscribed to Direct Energy, never responded to the sales guys at the door.

Any past experience.

I got the same notice, it is for water heater rental.

Yep, this appears to be water heater. I just went back to my old bill and see the water heater is from Direct Energy, I thought it is from Enbridge too.

Anyhow, I have heard many stories from Direct Energy.

but question is, can they go back one year and charge us for error on their part ?
