I second rajcanada.
Please do not join the club of "na gharka ... na ghatka". For good or bad ... you made Canada as your home. Try your best to stick around. No money can replace organized life, better government, better quality of air, fresh drinking water, quality electricity and excellent basic amenities, definitely safer cities than in India and so on.
If it is for money .... try to improve here only.
If it is for food .... you get every thing here
If it is for family and friends ..... go there frequently
If it is for your kids .... they will be much better of here
If it is for your aging parents: YES .. you need to have a plan to stay in INDIA and take care of them and give them happiness till their last journey.

Was OPs questions : MOVE INDIA? or MOVE TO INDIA?
I believe it is the former, but I could be wrong.
If it is, than we need to figure out his figure of speech (text)...
MOVE INDIA as in physically moving it out of its current location - that getting RID of it neighbours? Or resettling all TRUE Indians elsewhere (like in CANADA) etc..
OR
MOVE INDIA as in emotionally MOVE it and create some kind of a revolution amongst the current citizen's and improve things.
OR
