Hi,

i am an indian, brand new to toronto, and need an accomodation as soon as possible and want it cheap as i got low on cash unfortunately.

Any area would do, sharing or any accomodation would do unless its safe for living.

please let me know asap, people..

Can anyone please expain me about the below mentioned benefits:

CCTB - $ 726 per month abosolutely free
HST Credit - $ 175 a month, absolutely free
UCCB- $ 200 a month , abosolutely free.

This is given by govt. of canada if you have a spouse and 2 children less than 6 years of age.
if you have 2 children less than 16 and more than 6 years, then remove $200 a month.
This is sort of the bribe you get from the govt. to stay in Canada and spend all your money.
Hope you will know that a decent 2 bed apt. is $ 1100 and insurance for car is $ 250 a month. Groceries for a family of four will be min $ 600 and so you will anyways need to work if you come here.
Your benefits will not be cut even a penny as long as you make $ 20,000 (net a year).
These are the benefits for which most east europeans and our brothers of african decent come here.
