Student VISA from Middle East or India ?

Hi All,

I am currently in Middle East, working there and if I have to get a student visa, can I apply from here in Middle East or I need to get it done from India.

How many days does it take to get the student VISA ? If I am applying from the Middle East where will I have to get the police clearance from ? From India or from here ?

Please advice.

My brother is sponsoring me, I will be attaching his 3 months payslip and employment offer letter from his company along with bank statements. Is this sufficient?
