Which class should I join ?
I have good experience in recruitment and looking for a job.

As long as you are fluent in verbal English communication that is more than good enough. No change in accent required IMHO.

Accent should be the last thing , in my opinion that one should change .... First be confident that what you are speaking is correct English and speak with enough spaces in b/w so that the other person understands ..... Once that s done , you can start replacing accent by observing how other speak .. esp news readers and programs with subtitles on ....
Accent change can be learnt easily but can be very damaging w/o proper English usage ...

IMO, it is ok to feel the need to change the accent..and many people want that...and I personally do not want it for myself but i think it is one of the good ways to blend in....
My suggestion wud be similar to the one given earlier ...watch TV / radio...kids growing up here adopt it on their own and I am learning few words from them too........
