Let's assume that Shah is innocent and a neta with clean hands. If that so, why he is running from the law? Normally criminals run from the law. If he's not a criminal, then there is no need to go into hiding.
Even if Shah goes to jail, nothing will happen to Modi. Shah is not that dumb to implicate Modi.

Well do you think law in India is fair for anyone and especially towards political enemies? Lot of well known criminals is part of Congress party and cabinet, did CBI investigated or charged them? It is not about law and order it is just about dirty politics.

I assume Amit Shah is responsible for liquidating Shorabbudin. I applaud Amit Shah's courage and marvel at his stupidity of talking over cell phone which is the only thing which will fix him. The rest of the charges can not be proved. He did a noble job of liquidating a known Daud henchman. He may be jailed, with SC and CBI after his blood but will be reelected with huge margin even if he is behind bars. I do not know what you are trying to suggest. He is not running from law but trying in vain to put together a strategy. I understand your lament that nothing will happen to Modi and reason is that Sonia or Manmohan can not touch him because they know that if Modi is put behind bars, Gujarat would burn. Sonia does not have guts as has been proved by Balasaheb.

Sohrabuddin was operating in Rajastan. Why Shah was concerned abt him? That shows Shah may have business interests in Rajastan. Need to launder the bribe money.

I must put it that it is a natural tendency of any person to go into hiding / less seen on the registration of case, be it a false or true. It can't be prejudged that he is guilty so he is hiding. Even law does not assume such thing. One does not become automatic coward if one is evading arrest. It is not that braves get arrested. If you dont believe in this then just hit someone today and see that you would also be less seen. Straight way you would not also like to go to lockup.
Registration of case against Shah does not mean that he would be convicted. After his arrest he would come out of bail within 3-4 month and the trial would go on for next 4-5 years, then appeal to higher courts will go on for next 10-15 years.
I am not a supporter of Modi, Shah, BJP, Congress or Shorabbudin's cause.

Now everyone scream that Amin is a Congress agent because he’s going against Shah. Whoever points out mistakes of Shah or Modi, will be branded as Congress agent. We Indians are strange. May be British left us too soon?
