Chief Economist & Strategist "David Rosenberg" says
Its not Double Dip, its an extension of the same recession, which never ended.
Though its not for Canada "Page 13 - Canada: Cooling off"

Offcourse, at some point - Gold will go down, but we are not there yet.
It will only happen, after Gold goes parabolic into a bubble. Then for sure, this bubble will burst too (as it happens with all bubbles).
Whatever you do (buy or not, buying now or buying later), you have to get in before it goes parabolic.
At present we are witnessing a Bond bubble, Bond yields are at historic lows, interest rates are at lowest in a century, still bond market is attracting massive capital inflow, so, talking about Gold bubble at $1230 gold is immature. By any means Gold is not in a bubble. Gold is proxy for safety & till the US debt (or even Japan, UK, Eurozone debt's & various other debts) aren't resolved, Gold will continue to benefit.
