It happens only in India. We spent nearly Rs.40 Crores to safeguard this guy, buy him kababs, keep him in AC room and now he is a true Marathi.
Shiva Sena will love him as many of us who lived in Mumbai never made an effort to learn marathi.
Here this guy lands on our port, kills people and then answers questions in Marathi with in a year.

Why do we need to take him to court.... shoot him or hang him and declar as Suicide.

BUT I DO AGREE SUCH TERRORIST SHOULD BE HANG IN FRONT OF PEOPLE & IF THAT NOT POSSIBLE SHOOT HIM RIGHT AWAY
This incident was happened more than 14 months back & India still having a TRIAL on him

Because India is a democracy. Since people from India haven't lived under an authoritarian regime, they perhaps do not realise the advantage we have over people coming from such unstable regime.

I like Republicans in USA when they say that within the framework of democracy , USA should prosecute terrorist as per the special law.

How am I amnesiac? I did not say he should not be hanged. I said that public lynching takes place only in fascist countries. If Indian courts decides to hang him, go ahead and do it, although I would prefer him to rot in Indian jail for his entire life.
