any idea how to go about new business of coin laundry? please guide a new immigrant.

It would help if you could share more of your thoughts to get more specific advice.

Do you need information on developing a business plan, financing, location hunting, etc.

There are ways to get loans for small businesses from the government or even banks, but they would all need some kind of business plan showing cost/benefit analysis.

Do you have a specific reason for this business? Previous experience, a good location in mind?

Such information will help others give you good advice.

acutally I wanted overall guidance. Since new immigrant everybody says I have to take things slowly.I am business minded and I observed one thing that wherever there is mall sort of area, there is no competition. I mean there is one pizza-pizza,one coin laundry,one dollar shop,one food basic, there is no competitiveness. I want to know as to whether we can put stores or coin laundry anywhere or is there any restriction? I have very good mortgage manager and lawyer. before approaching them, I should have all plans/ anaysis etc ready. I stay very close to intersection where everybody like foodbasic,pizza-pizza,TD canada coin laundry etc is closeby. I was wondering being in such prime area will anybdoy mind if I put another coin laundy within my complex i.e assuming alny gala's are avilable on rent. whom should I get in touch with for washing machines to be installed? whether we can start in small way since we don't have much funds? etc etc
