Hi,
I have ben invited to write a test on July 18 for CRA for Competency Based Organizational Questionnaire (CBOQ) & the Competency Based Behavioral Questionnaire (CBBQ).
I'm not able to find these questionnaires.
Could somebody help me by giving me the websites etc.

My two friends have applied for Inbound call centre jobs.

It would help if you can specify the position for which you have been called as the tests that you have stated are also part of their test, if they are selected.

Meanwhile, I did speak to someone familiar and I understand that the tests that you are supposed to write are simple and any one with reasonable knowledge of english will be able to pass that easily. They are for duration of 15 minutes
