MAHANARAYANA oil for arthritic condition

I was looking for some oil for applying to knees and hands. I thought of getting the usual sarso (mustard) oil, then i saw this mahanarayana ayurvedic oil.

Do you people recommend it? Anyone used it?

I had bought this oil from India for my friend in US.She had arthritis and fibromylagia.She feels good after using.
The oil's name is :
Valiya Narayana Tailam.It is ayurvedic and costs 1USD in India for a bottle.

Valiya(Means Big in Malayalam) = Maha( in Hindi)

thakns i will try to find it here...I did get the Mahanrayana oil and it does work, I apply it to the affected parts and in the morning there is a general relief, i think i will continue using it....
