hi all,

Could someone provide details of the pension plan in the chartered banks (applicable for new employees) , specifically -

1. are the plans defined benefit or defined contribution?
2. what is the contribution rate?
3. after how many years do they vest/benefits settle?
4. are there any medical/vision/dental benefits for the retirees?
