Hi Guys,
Why is Real Estate cheaper in Brampton then other areas (like Mississauga, Oakville, Markham, Ajax, Pickring, Etobicoke, etc...)
I am currently renting in Brampton and find it a nice place with good mix of different cultures, good schools, low crime, access to highways (410, 407 etc), shopping malls etc
So what the reason of it being cheap as compared to other areas ?
Whats the catch ?

Thanks for the inputs TK, appreciate it.
I dont really know if i like it, but its definately its more affordable then other areas.
So considering that its has lot of Panju's in that erea and most of them are either taxi/truck driver or factory workers, will you recomend it to any of your friend or family. ?

Brampton North West has all professionals living and Brampton North East has all millionaire taxi/truck drivers...so what is wrong with Brampton. It is the Highway access. There is only one highway 410 leading into it. Get 2 more highway crossing it like Mississauga its prices would skyrocket like anything. And I gree with Tk if the prices dont rise drastically then they dont fall drastically like the did in calgary.
I doubt you will get unbiased answer to this.

Areas like Milton, Oakville, Markham etc. are dominated by people who are either rich, belong to upper class or have their own business. Hence high rates in those areas.
