Whenever you experience joy, peace, security, equanimity or purity, it is only because you are aligned with ALMIGHTY.
One simplest and cheapest way is to buy a timer from Canadiantire . It will turn off and turn on anything attached to it ( including your lamp ) . The settings can vary from time based or Dusk to dawn automatically .
Hope it helps a little .

I usually install/use them when on vacation. I picked one up from CT when it was on sale, it's a digital one with upto 20 on/off settings and a battery back-up. The other one I have is a manual one, which is also good. Generally I have the lights turn ON for an hour or so in the morning and a few hours in the evening.
