Browse through the local jobs classifieds and see if you find something that interests you. I also agree with tigercanada that take off the locations from your resume.

Prishu,

I agree with others that remove job locations, which are outside Canada. Also, remove "Assessed as Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
Qualification evaluated by World Education Services, Toronto". Review your 'resume' again & again and revise it. You need to shorten it too.

It looks you have fair knowledge of PLC, etc. There are many companies which deals with PLC, etc. and please search the yellow pages/internet and try to talk to those people directly (whether they have any job advertisement or not). You may also want to talk to oil & gas equipment suppliers, as many of them provide complete packages (which require PLC, etc.) and they are always looking for people who can help them in packaging the complete system.

Look for jobs in Alberta. Good luck.

No offense meant here but I disagree about removing locations. In fact where he has just put "india" he should have the name of the city or town. Do not remove your location. It makes the resume look incomplete which will reduce its effectiveness. Its an integral part of a resume.

It is true that employers are interested in knowing how much canadian experience you have, but you will have teh opportunity in the interview to sell yourself and your skills.

Lastly - a resume can be up to 2 pages. Shorten if it is any longer than this.

MR, we agree to disagree.

I will still strongly suggest Prishu to take out locations, particularly anything out of North America, unless nature of job is international. Please review and revise your resume again & again.

Use some of the words in your resume - same as used in job advertisement.
