Since when is Hawala legal in Canada!!!!!! you need a licence to operate a money transfer business in Canada and if you are licensed the you are no longer a Hawala operation. TK beware of fakes masquerading as hawala operators .... they might be perfectly legit ......

Dear CD's pl. suggest the best way to send money to India besides ICICI and moneygram.
I m not intested in hawala.

I guess SBI & Citibank NRI A/c too send money to India, however, their way is same like ICICI.

Any other secret way???
