If we are discussing recent hindi movies, I am surprised no one has mentioned "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na". My wife forced me to get it and we absolutely loved it. I must have played the song "Kabhi Kabhi Aditi" just about a zillion times since then.
I actually am one of those people that has really no respect for contemporary garbage that spills out of Bollywood but every so often there comes a movie like JTYJN that keeps me on. It is fun, it has fantastic acting, it has humor - the good kind, not slapstick or cheap stuff - it has class, it has everything you can ask for in a movie. Not a single boring moment. Hats off to Aamir Khan.
I cringed in pain when I heard that "Singh is King" was featured at the TIFF this year. Really? Honestly? That just is like giving up...

Money and contacts at right places can do wonders. That movie was also featured on one of the Canadian channels (CTV or Citypulse)
I heard good reviews of "Jaane Tu...". It lasted for only 2 weeks in theatres and I missed it. So will have to watch on DVD.
Does anybody knows any shop in GTA which stocks original CD/DVDs?
I got ripped off at one of the DVD shops in Mississauga (McLaughln and Bristol plaza). The cover and laminate seems as if the CDs are original, but a closer look at them reveals that they are fake. WOrse, that guy had nerve to tell me that the price for Hrishikesh Mukherjee tribute CD was 46 bucks, as it was original

Bheja fry is a remake of French movie "The Dinner Game" and it is crap..
The Fat guy has done such a lousy job..
The original is amazing eventhough i watched it using subtitles.
If u watch "The Dinner Game" then u will know what i am talking about..

BTW, I was watching 'Yadon ki Baarat' (for first time) on SetMAX Yesterday. I watched second half. Two Scenes -
* Vijay Arora is at Hotel for Interview (Position of Steward). He approaches reception counter and hands over his Card, informing them that I am here for Interview.
* Dharampaaji hands over his Card to Jack (?). Those who have not watched movie, Dharampaaji is an Expert Thief.
There were many other, but these two scenes takes cake ... I could not stop laughing !!!
