I and friend has used this lawyer few times and didn't have any issues. I personally bought 2 houses thru her and sold one. Her name is Gina CECI. 905-453-3629

Remember I am not a lawyer but as I said above I would only suggest to save money. Most the deals are pretty straight forward and any complications will not be dealt by your closing lawyer

Hi, am looking for some recommendations on a good closing lawyer as well as a home inspector in Mississauga. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For Home Inspection, you go with MIKE and get a first hand report. Cost about $350 + Taxes.
For the lawyers, what ever they charge.
How good are they? It is an open profession and time is at a premium. So, they charge based on the time that they spend with you. (Say $900)
