I’m interested to know how to start teaching career in Canada. If someone is a teacher in india (rather lecturer in college) how can he/she start teaching career in Ontario. I know they have to go through the evaluation and stuff but just wondering if anyone has gone through that process. What do they evaluate and how hard is the process.

Please share your experience/tips/suggestions. I already know about the teacher’s federation website and there evaluation website. I’m interested in real time experience of process.
