What is your extended health / dental coverage details? Is it 80 :20? if so :
Dentists around the centre point area are extremely expensive and never forego the 20% that you are supposed to pay.
if you look elsewhere, then may be you can find a dentist who will be willing to forego the 20% of the fees that you are supposed to pay.
Hope some one else can tell you about Dentists who forego the 20% fees that you are required to pay.
OTOH, If you are wiling to pay the 20% fees or have fully covered insurance, then there is an Iranian doctor (between Steels and finch on Yonge and who is opposite the sleep country store there). His name is Ali (Iranian) and does decent work.
