I am not surprised to see Kevin Gibbons TN renewal denial. One of the assumption of offering TN visa to Canadians/Maxicans is that the american company is unable to hire an american with equal qualification and TEMPORARILY hiring canadian/maxican. The company should try to get an American on the job as fas as possible.
And how can TEMPORARY last for 14 years??? He was lucky to survive those many years in the USA.
Having said that there many Canadian Working in the USA for long time on the TN Visa. The better thing for TN visia extension is to apply for extension while staying within USA.
