Hi,
We as a family applied for Immigration to Canada in 2002 June, recently we got a mail from Delhi counsulate to Review our forms and update any new. we did every thing and sent them.
we submitted every thing except the funds proof, is it required at this stage should we do it when we get our visas, or show them while travelling to Canada, can any body help us about this. (if not shown now will they reject our applications)
And one more thing is, its already 6+ years our process is going on, still how much time does it take to get our visas.
Thank you in advance
Sofia
Whatever papers you filed 6 years ago become obsolete after 3 years in the eyes of CIC. They would like you to file complete application forms again and also expect you to provide update if any changes has taken. This is only a formality and they ask in all cases after 3 years.
I would suggest you submit everything include proof of funds because delay occurs in only those cases where applications are incomplete.
Application completed in all respects are always given priority.
