i am a landed PR holder (landed sep '06). since Oct 2007 i have been in NJ, USA and while i was here, my wallet was stolen (along with my PR inside!)

as i gather, i have to apply for a travel document in order to re-enter Canada. what about the application for a replacement/duplicate PR card? I have been through the CIC website and there is no concrete information. I found form IMM5444E as a re-application.

1. Where should I be sending this filled form?

2. Where will the PR card be sent? My current address outside Canada or to my address in Canada?

3. Whats the typical processing time for a duplicate/re-issue application like mine? When can I expect the duplicate PR card to arrive?
