STARCHOICE located in Mississauga is hiring CSR's.

Basic qualifications & required skills include:

High school diploma.
One year's customer service experience preferred.
Passion for customer service
Familiarity with computers
Tech savvy and passionate about learning
Abiulity to work as an individual and as a team player.
Flexiblity to work between 6 am and midnight.any day of the week

The office is situated at Flavelle blvd on Erin Mills parkway and north Sheridan Drive.

Salary includes 29 K a year, employee stock options, benefits including drug, prescription, vision and dental from DAY ONE, excellent team, supervisory support, and very friendly atmosphere.

Canstar....

I'm working in call centre and have some stupid questions.

Rotating shift or fixed shift ?
sometime weekends off ?
Vacation and/or Sick Days ?

Please advise.

I'm working in call centre and have some stupid questions.

Firstly I believe, there are no "stupid" questions.

Rotating shift or fixed shift ? :

shifts change each week: you get to know 2 weeks in advance. You have the liberty to swap shifts.

sometime weekends off ?

Yes, but that goes by seniority - it may take a few months before you have weekends off

Vacation and/or Sick Days ?

7 days of sick days, and three weeks of paid vacation ( 3 weeks would mean 15 work days)
