Hi Kapoor,
Good to know that you are working for a Fortune 500 Petrochemical Company in India.
I will suggest University of Waterloo for your Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. They have very good reputation in Canada for Chemical Engineering programs but you have to look for jobs in the Western Canada (Alberta). Job market is good for Chemical Engineers in Alberta with proper degree, experience and licensing. It is a good approach that you are planning to study a Master degree in Canada. For all your admission requirements you have to contact an admission representative at the University by visiting their web site. They will guide you properly.
Good luck to your Admission into Canadian Universities

go to UofAlberta in Edmonton ... immersed in oil money there and best launch for your career or getting research grants for your studying.
