When you post a new topic (not the reply, but I think I need to put it with reply also, as many people just asks their questions in replies) there is clear text saying what to do. There is a link to "Search" right there.
What else we can do?
I will try to put search with clear text.
Thanks.

We should declare our privacy and confidentiality rules on this site. There should be an agreement to which every member has to accept when registering for membership so as to maintain
1. the objectives of the website.
2. to maintain harmony and respect for others
3. not to post any defamatory or material sensitive to any community, person or groups of persons or organization.
There should be disclaimer by Canadian Desi that any view expressed by members are strictly belong to such members, canadian desi does not support or ratify the same to avoid any legal issues.
Just a suggestion
I agree about the disclaimer part.
The forum should allow members to either seek or give suggestions for immigration law firms, and other types of businesses WHILE ensuring that no business can accuse the website of defamation or spreading false information, etc.
If we totally preclude any discussion about immigration firms or businesses, then members will not be able to seek or provide recommendations and experiences about specific business/firms.

I have this http://www.canadiandesi.com/termsofuse.html already posted on the site.
Please advise on it.
As per your comments, I should make it visible on the registration form.
Usually whenever someone posts a classified or business I am displaying this, but not when someone is posting any message. May be I can do that.
Thanks.

The disclaimer already exists. It is at the bottom of the main page under "Privacy policy and Terms of Usage".
However I'm not sure we make users click on "I agree" when they sign-up as a new user. Garvo, It may be a good idea to get users to do this i.e. have a multi-page registration. On first page user enters all relevant information, then there is a NEXT button. On this page, the whole "TERMS OF USAGE" appears and they have to click "I AGREE" at the bottom of the page to proceed. Then the next page would be POSTING RULES. I'll prepare a draft for this and send it to you by the weekend. They would need to click "I AGREE" before proceeding and completing the registration.
In reply to Pratickm's point, the idea is hardly to preclude any discussion regarding immigration firms or businesses. The idea is to prevent a scenario where anybody can spit venom at anybody's business without justification (since wehther the complaint is valid or not, whenever someone reads this, they will automatically form an opinion about that business.) To do this we have to ensure a couple of things
1) When someone is registering a complaint against a certain business, they should narrate their personal experiences in full detail, rather than call the business names. They should start with how the problem started, whether or not they approached the business management directly to try to resolve it and what the response there was. And what action they took afterward. Also, the person should provide their contact information (email and phone number). It is imperative that this whole post does not contain stuff like "This business is filthy scum and they deserve to burn in hell etc etc..."
This is a much more professional way of registering a complaint anywhere (and in the west, its a lot more effective too)
2) Back your post up with links to legitimate news articles about that specific business that support your viewpoint. (Even this by itself would suffice.)
Now if the business wants to respond they can present their viewpoint as well (we all know that sometimes, these things are more a matter of differing perspectives rather than poor services).
This way we create a forum that is enlightening to the information-seekers and fair/balanced at the same time. We can also avoid a lot of legal issues this way.
Massood, what do you think? I think you're probably the best person to advise on this.

Are you there?
For now I changed this page: http://www.canadiandesi.com/member.php?action=register
Where it clearly says a user agrees the terms of use and privacy policy.
I think this should be ok for now.
BL, before each new post I am having those rules displayed, though we are still having posters posting repeated messages. So when we provide a guideline during registration it will not be effective.
