Hi group

I am planning to buy a property in India (Chennai or Bangalore) and I was wondering what would be my best choice to get a mortgage.

1) Is it possible/advisible to get a loan here and buy property there. or
2) Is it better to get a mortgage in India. If India is better then can you suggest some good mortgage companies there.
