I need some help here. i had moved back to India early august from US and now i feel i am not able to adjust to the work environment, infrastructure etc in India.

I want to move to Canada ( have PR status ) and have a Masters in Information Systems Management from a reputed US university and have 7+ years of IT experience in US.

Would appreciate it if some one can give me some leads here etc. Intend to be in Canada in mid sept.

My area of expertise are Java, J2ee, QA testing, IVR, Crystal reports and have good knowledge of SDLC methodolgies like RUP, UML etc.

IT job market has been pretty good for past few months; Rogers.com has FT openings for your skill set in GTA/Mississauga - check asap if interested.

Also, would sure like to know experience that influenced your decision to move to India & now back.

Move to India was based on a decent package and a chance to be closer to home.

Move from India is based on crumbling infrastructure, power water issues, politics in workplace etc.

Have already posted in monster.ca would appreciate it if some folks in IT companies can let me about some internal openings maybe.
