hye hestonhunk
its nice of you all that u giving such a good response to my post this time.
hestonhunk thanx to u too.anyways i cant apply in another universities as i cant apply for the visa at this moment.because my case is still pending with embassy.and my tution fees is blocked too because of that.and moreover i need the rejection to apply for the second time yaar.so embassy is just making me and my parents upset.no doubt i will easily get the offer letter from other colleges or university too,but for letter of acceptance we need to pay the tution fees in advance as you must be knowing well.moreover embassy wont even care to see the new acceptance from some other college as my case is still pending with them..i dont know when would they get back to me!!!!!!(when the college would **** all my money or???)
i am gonna get mad:(

Hi,

I think you can apply to other college/universities and leave the process just before paying the fees, (on acknowledgment of fee paid university will offer you the letter).

You can't apply at CHC twice and you don't have to, let the outcome of the pending applicaition be known (i know its very frustrating but there is not much you can do about it apart from the second suggestion i gave of writing a joint letter to CHC to update the applicants)

Did you try checking on the college (if it is really convicted of fraud or similar case is underway against it).
Try double checking the information on the internet (I did but didn't find anything).

My advice would be to keep other options open and not wait for the reply from CHC, plan for the worst case scenario andw hat your next step woud be in that regards.

I hope things are sorted out quickly for you.

Can I request the forum that we do some thing about this, may be we can get the list of accredited college, and univ or atleast provide link to the sites which lists the accredited colleges???? We can have a Tool bar for students and give a detailed list as to whats to be done when some one is applying for student visa. Not like charcha but standard list where they view the same and ask doubts in the charcha??/ Any suggestions would be great. GG can you put in your comments so that we can do something to the student community who come here with high dreams??? I can write the Article Starting from Admission to visa complete process. Let this not be in Charcha buit as article.

Good suggestion.

Is there anybody who can provide and keep updating this information and list?

for pranjepa.

ask chc for a reply by visiting them as by now they will definately ask for a extension letter from college.go there and make them ask for one.

then call college's international department and ask for a extension letter .probably they the colege wil refuse to issue a letter of extension

if they do refuse ask them for a letter stating that they cannot issue extension .take that letter to the chc and they wil definately refuse your visa and that will help you get a refund from the college.

if they issue a extension letter you have a time frame in which you can be issued a visa so if everything happens and you land in canada not a problem and if chc crosses the time period they will have to issue a rejection with which you can get a refund.

just get back to me if there is somethiong wrong with this idea so that i can fix it up.

for the forum
------------------

we should have a section for students where it is aplatform for students wherein current students (most colleges have a number if indian students ) can post their experiences and new students can gain from it .

as in general the requirements of students are very differnt from that of immigrants i would requst the administartors of this site to take a note of this.

garvo i dont mind volunteering for this but as most of the info is on cic.gc.ca i would like if person concerned can ask me questions and i would like to answer them rather then posting info .

if an article is better i dont mind doing that either.

I don't think its a good idea to facilitate the process where the the outcome is refusal of visa, as that in itself is not a very positive thing.

Steps should be taken where refusal can be avoided

....Right now i am so confused hestonuk that i am not able to take any decisions at the moment.i have applied in some universities in australia too.but even if i get the pre visa from the australian embassy, again the problem of paying the tution fees would arise as my case is pending and i cant withdraw my fees from the college till i get a rejection or some response from chc.and moreover it would take around one month or more to get the offer letter from australian universities brother.i am regularly trying to get the information regarding the fraud news of kingston but havent find any such thing on internet news..so not sure !even members of canadian desi dont recommend for kingston at all.
chc:shoot:
