Not sure if I should post this question in Real Estate portion or here. Anyways, I am posting it here since it related to studies and exam.

Is anyone preparing for the Phase 1 exam or have recently passed the exam? I would like to get your advise on how to prepare for this exam.

Indian IT Guys Rules........

Phase 1 is the easiest of all the OREA exams. I scored 100% in this as it is 80% maths based and 20% on RE knowledge. If your maths is good, you don't need any help for clearing this. By the way, OREA examination pattern is changing from January 2008.

Thanks Rajeev. Wow 100% marks is great. I am thinking of completing all 3 phases by the end of the year before the exams go closed book. Its a long way to go. Just recently registered for phase 1.
